Terms of use

Last updated: 23 September 2026

These terms describe the Allotwe service. Creating an account, or joining a household you were invited to, means you accept them. The publisher is the operator of Allotwe. Contact: foyer-manager@gmail.com.

The service

Allotwe keeps a household's expenses, splits, income, balances and settlements in one place. It is a record you keep. It is not a bank, it does not move money, and it does not provide payment services.

Your account

You can register with an email address and a password, or with Google if you choose it. One account per email address. The same account can belong to several households, as admin, member or guest. You are responsible for your password, and for what is entered from your account.

Households and invitations

Whoever creates a household is its admin. Other people join only by invitation: as a guest, or with their own account as a member. An admin manages that household. A member or a guest sees the household they were invited to, within the role they were given. An account cannot open a household it does not belong to.

Your entries

Expenses, income and notes are data you enter. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. The privacy notice explains what is stored, for how long, and the rights you have.

Privacy notice

Closing and deletion

Deleting a household in Settings erases that household and the data attached to it: members, expenses, income and settlements. The account stays open. To delete the account itself, write to the contact address.

Acceptable use

Use the service to keep a household record. Do not invite people who did not ask to join, do not try to open a household you do not belong to, and do not try to disrupt the service.

Availability

The service can change, pause or stop. We do not promise that it will be available at every moment. A balance shown in the app is a record of what was entered. It is not, by itself, a court judgment. You decide what to pay, outside the app.

Age

The service is meant for adults who manage a household. In France, the digital age of consent is 15. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 15.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the service changes. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If a disagreement remains after you write to the contact address, the French courts have jurisdiction.
